All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy:


  • Size Issues: If you receive an item that doesn’t fit, please notify our customer support within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Defective Items: For any defects, an unboxing video is required as proof. Exchanges will not be processed without this video.


Please note that we cannot process exchanges without the required unboxing video, and returns are not accepted.
